PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - PURPOSES

Salone Libro Srl will process the data provided in order to allow the correct and complete execution of the participation in the exhibition, management and provision of related services and legal and tax obligations.
The aforesaid data will also be used to provide communication of further ventures launched by the Data Controller, including other trade fairs.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - PROCEDURES

To achieve the aforementioned purposes, the data may be processed by both paper, computerised and electronic archives. Salone Libro Srl, pursuant to art. 32 of the GDPR, implements suitable measures to guarantee an adequate level of security and confidentiality.
The data provided could:

be communicated to third parties (authorities and supervisory and control bodies, subjects that provide services related to the event, subjects of which, in various ways, Salone Libro Srl avails itself for the organisation of the fair)
be treated by employees and partners of Salone Libro Srl, according to the tasks to be performed, in order to perfect the participation in the fair and to inform about future ventures.

RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT INVOLVED

Salone Libro Srl informs that, with regard to the data provided, the subject involved can

obtain access, request information, verify its correctness and request its updating pursuant to art. 15 and 16 of the GDPR
obtain the cancellation and limit its treatment pursuant to art. 17 and 18 of the GDPR
receive, in a common use structured format and in an automatic device-readable form, personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and have the right to transmit this data to another data controller without impediments by the data controller pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR

The subject involved can exercise his rights at any time by sending a written request to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
Any request for cancellation of personal data, or part of them, as well as opposition to their treatment or request for limitation may result in the interruption of the execution of the initiatives undertaken.

RETENTION PERIOD

Salone Libro Srl in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, the purpose limitation and the data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR will retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, with particular reference to the correct and complete participation in the fair. In any case, the need to keep the data will be checked every six months.
